Dave takes a 4.5 mile circular walk from Janesmoor Pond (located to the South East of the village of Fritham).

I start of with a short detour to investigate a livestock drinking trough with an interesting history & a Bronze age barrow that has an unusual addition to it (!) before heading back to start my walk at Janesmoor Pond.
I head South, to the side of the Kings Garn Gutter Inclosure, to the Long Beech Inclosure where I go through the campsite (which was closed at the time of filming) to head East through some stunning woodland.
When I reach the Coalmeer Bottom stream, I head North towards Bramshaw Golf Course – the oldest golf course in Hampshire. My route then takes me on a mini circular walk around the Salisbury Trench Inclosure before heading back to my original starting point at the pond (passing by a Pony Pound and some evidence of the old RAF Stoney Cross Airfield along the way).
Once again the weather was glorious for the walk.
