Hale

Here, Dave explores the village of Hale in Hampshire.

After skirting the heathland at Hale Purlieu, our route winds along a charming rhododendron – fringed path to Hatchet Green. We then follow the Avon Valley Path past the imposing Georgian mansion of Hale House & explore St Mary’s Church before passing the River Avon.
